Over the past few years, Ms. Nguyen Thi Duc has made many initiatives and initiatives in production. In particular, for the first time in 2008 with the proposal of the category “improving working methods”. Accordingly, before improvement, cut the fabric according to the mold (40 * 400mm) and then sew with 1 needle – upside down – wire – eyelid – cut – sew into gloves. Must undergo 4 operations take a lot of time. After improvement, only one tailor was sewn and one assistant turned over, the output doubled with 650 pairs of gloves / 2 hours.

The second improvement of Ms. Nguyen Thi Duc in August 2019 with the proposal of the category “improving productivity”. Before innovation: Make mark on AOC and TOC details with flying white chalk. Then when the seamstress 2 details together and must calibrate so that it is balanced, not deviated. The output of drawing markers was only 40 pairs / hour. Meanwhile, the tailor is unfortunate because it takes time to adjust the balance, yield 30 pairs / 1 hour. After the improvement, the tailor 2 sewing parts together does not need much alignment, not only saves the cost of pollen, time, output also increases. Specifically, the volume of drawing markers reached 80 pairs / hour, increasing by 200%. Easier workers, the output reached 50 pairs / hour, an increase of 167% compared to the previous improvement.

Like Ms. Nguyen Thi Duc, Ms. Doan Thi Hai Yen – Nghe An Plant Seed Center – always strives to explore and effectively test agricultural and forestry plant varieties and genetic resources in order to create high quality seedlings.

With the application of “Science and Technology (S&T) building a model of production and use of probiotics to improve peanut production land in a sustainable way in Nghe An province”, she is joining with her colleagues. Looking at the fresh green seedlings under the sultry sun of the early summer days, I understand that to get that green color, part of the effort belongs to the technical staff of Nghe An Seed Center, in That have the young engineer Doan Thi Hai Yen. In addition to the above project, Hai Yen also participated in 3 ministerial-level projects, such as: Science and Technology application project to build value chain model in organic vegetable production in Nghe An; peanut and soybean seed production in the 2015-2025 period and the project to build a model of the red pomelo production value chain.

Not only good at her expertise, engineer Doan Thi Hai Yen is also active in union activities. With the message “Classified waste is also a resource”, Hai Yen wants everyone to realize that garbage is valuable and that it is completely reusable if we know how to sort. In response to the call to protect the living environment, Hai Yen has created a model of “Changing scrap and plastic waste for green trees”, contributing to preserving green color for life.

“Many kinds of books, paper, plastic, batteries, electronic scrap … are excited to bring in exchange for trees. The scrap will be sorted by volunteers and continue to be used for environmentally friendly purposes. With the result, more than 500 green pots were exchanged as tons of paper and scrap collected; Proceeds from the sale of scrap will be a source of funds to organize volunteer activities in hospitals and schools. This activity of exchanging scraps and waste for trees also makes sense towards green solutions, so that people are more aware of environmental protection. ” – Hai Yen shared.

The second initiative in 2017 is: “The project in changing the lid and bottle at 5th production line “. The original supplier design was that aluminum covers were difficult to open and the weld area was large. The initiative has revised and created a new lid that is easier to hold and tear. At the same time reduce the weld area. Thanks to the above initiative, each year the company saves 3,987,938,287 dong.
