Young Party members have many initiatives

Nearly 12 years with Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Vinh Cuu district) and nearly 4 years standing in the ranks of the Party, Mr. Duong Phuoc Vinh, working at the office block, Secretary of the Youth Union of Changshin Co., Ltd. Vietnam constantly contributes to the development of enterprises, contributing to enhancing the position of Party organizations in the enterprise.

At the end of 2008, Mr. Duong Phuoc Vinh joined Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. with the task of supporting workshops in the production process; at the same time, to guide and introduce Nike’s manufacturing process when there are delegations visiting the factory. In addition, he also cultivated more knowledge, practical working skills in factories.

The time working directly under the factory is an opportunity for Mr. Vinh to assert his capacity. Mr. Vinh confided that while supporting production, he recognized shortcomings in some stages in the production process, he boldly proposed and coordinated with each stage, each part to overcome and bring results is saving raw materials, time and labor.

Not only fulfilling his responsibilities as a member of the team to develop ideas, innovations and technical improvements, but he also made his mark with a series of innovations and technical innovations together with collectives and individuals. On average, each year, he contributes to the company about 20 ideas, ideas, technical innovations, large and small.

One of his most recent initiatives is the initiative to install camera systems to track delivery vehicles entering the factory. Mr. Vinh shared, previously in the material warehouse department, there were usually about 3 people to deliver the goods alternately, while the company had 3 warehouses. To ensure the delivery, the company has to pay overtime for the number of people on duty in 3 warehouses. From the above fact, he proposed to install the camera system.

When a delivery vehicle arrives, the camera detects and informs the warehouse personnel by text message. Since the warehouse workers are located near the company, they only need to be informed to go on duty. After 1 year of installing the camera system, the workers in charge of the warehouse have more time to rest, the costs of workers’ overtime have decreased significantly.

Before that, his initiative to count the number of automatic cuts was highly appreciated. Instead of the workers of the cutting unit having to count the number of rows that are both cutting and consuming time, effort and accuracy are not high, with this initiative, the number of cuts will be counted automatically. According to Mr. Vinh, to do this, he coordinates with the information technology department to design an electronic counter and install it in the circuit breaker. When cutting goods, the quantity will appear on the screen. In particular, with an automatic counting system that can save relevant information to help control the number of cut goods etc.,

With his contributions, in 2015, Mr. Vinh was honored to be in the ranks of the Party. Mr. Vinh said that being admitted to the Party is a recognition of his efforts and contributions in the previous period, but it is also the beginning of a new period.

To become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, he needs to be more exemplary, make more efforts, contribute more to the development of the business; is responsible for contributing to building a strong Party organization in the enterprise. Because the enterprise where he is attached is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, to organize the Party to have a certain position, individual Party members like him must constantly make efforts.
