Xuan Hoa Company receives National Quality Award

National Quality is an award that honors enterprises achieving outstanding achievements in improving product quality, competitiveness and operational efficiency, integration with regional and world economies, chaired by the Ministry of Science and Technology (Directorate of Standards, Metrology and Quality).

With more than 38 years of experience, Xuan Hoa company recognized that the application of high-technology standards in order to create the output product with international quality standard and make use of the most of local information will help Vietnamese enterprises to maintain its domestic competitive capacity and soon reach international level.

In 2016 and 2017, Xuan Hoa Company invested tens of billions of dong for modern machinery, leading technology in the world such as Amada punching machine, Japanese Panasonic robot welding machine, Salvagnini bending machine of Italy.

In 2017, the Company focused on purchasing synchronous modern lines of SCM Company of Italy to improve productivity and quality of industrial wood products such as Sixma saws, K800 edge gluing machines, CNC TechZ machines.

In 2018, Xuan Hoa continues to invest more Amada machine with the HG8025 model, to further improve productivity and product quality. Amada HG8025 is the newest and most modern model of Amada manufactured in 2018.

In parallel with investment in modern machinery and technology, Xuan Hoa Company also focuses on training high-quality personnel to use maximum efficiency in machinery and equipment, avoid waste and improve product quality, well meet market requirements.

For many years, Xuan Hoa has been a partner of large enterprises in the furniture industry such as IKEA of Sweden, Habitat of France, Sankin of Japan, and the output products of Xuan Hoa satisfy well the high requirements of appearance and quality of international markets.

Currently, Xuan Hoa cooperates strategically with Mr. Junji Hory – an independent consultant on production management, former production management director of Toyota Vietnam Company, applying quality management process of Toyota Production System (TPS) of Japan to produce and train staffs following international standards.

In Vietnam, Xuan Hoa is one of the few businesses taking the lead in training human resources, successfully applying this modern production management process.

In the current renovation period, Xuan Hoa Company continues to strive to become a leading enterprise in Vietnam in the field of consulting, design and production of interior equipment, bringing consumers durable, beautiful, mordern products and representative of Vietnam’s furniture industry to reach international standards.
