VISSAN MAINTAINS ISO 9001: 2015 SYSTEM, ISO / IEC 17025

With 4462 employees in 2018, the total revenue of VISSAN in 2018 reached VND 4,439.5 billion, an increase of VND 561.4 billion compared to 2017, equivalent to an increase of 14%. This is based on many factors, including the important contribution of maintaining the ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system and HACCP standards.

 

Applying ISO 9001:2015

In July 2017, the VISSAN was certified by BSI – a well-known organization in the world for quality management systems and other systems – to certify VISSAN company according to ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

Project ISO 9001: 2015 with the participation of nearly 20 personnel from 8 departments including the Department of Product Quality Management, Production Control, Production Research and Development, Food Processing and Production Workshop, Cattle Storing and Lowering Plant, “Pha Lóc” Workshop, Cold Storage and Packaging Workshop. From 5/2016 to 7/2017, the company completed requirements and achieved ISO certification. Subsequently, from July 2017 until now, the company has maintained the ISO 9001: 2015 management system.

Quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 helps to generalize and review all production processes and processes in service of production taking place in VISSAN’s system as well as supporting factors for production. Quality policy and objectives are used as a guiding tool for each unit and staff in VISSAN to look in the same direction: focus on product quality and better customer service. Changing the worldview, the perspective of employees’ perception of quality is a vital factor of a food company.

The Vissan Food Processing Factory produces traditional processed products such as dumplings, spring rolls, … the factory applies the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2015 standards on 03 product lines: sterilized sausages, parchment Canned food and processed foods. Here, the production management process is formed on the basis of GMP standard with 2 lines of sterilized canned and sausage production lines manufactured according to HACCP standards and managed according to ISO 9001 …

ISO / IEC 17025 applied

VISSAN Company has equipped with modern equipment, new technology for laboratories with ISO / IEC 17025 certification. Certification of HACCP food hygiene and safety standards.

In 2018, the Company has established and issued 24 regulations, 10 regulations, perfected the norms in production, increased efficiency in production and business activities.
