Vingroup announces technology solution to improve labor productivity by 25%

On May 19, 2020, Vantix Technology Solutions and Services Corporation (Vingroup) announced VinHR solution, capable of improving 25% of universal labor productivity. The event has made Vingroup one of the first units in the world to provide solutions to optimize labor productivity through personal IoT devices and AI.

VinHR uses a unique deep learning model to train and automatically validate employee movement through complete technology solutions, including: smart wristbands, artificial intelligence infrastructure, management software and enterprise optimization. The intelligent measurement system will provide a comprehensive and detailed vision of labor performance for managers and business owners.

Specifically, VinHR collects data of employees’ business operations through vBand smart wearables. When the employee is working, the data will be sent continuously to the processing center. With the ability to receive billions of signals every day, Vantix’s cloud system ensures accurate measurement of the performance of each employee, effectively assisting managers in detecting professional shortcomings; at the same time provide an overarching vision for efficient job division and accurately define training requirements.
