Vinachem: In-depth investment, technological innovation

Over the past time, considering that science and technical innovation are the driving forces for production and business, Vietnam Chemical Group (Vinachem) has focused on intensive investment in scientific and technological research, promoting the movement of technical innovation in production at the units, improving production capacity.

In response to the Group’s program, many businesses and units have embarked on investment in production modernization technology, offering many innovative and innovative ideas. In particular, many creative ideas have been realized in production, many research works have achieved encouraging results. Many technologies and advanced equipment have been received and transferred successfully, put into application at the units; make an important contribution to raising the qualifications of managerial, technical staff. In particular, there are typical projects awarded noble awards.

Firstly, the Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company with the technology of radial automobile production won the first prize of the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award and was deployed at Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC). Radial tire factory in Da Nang is invested with modern technology and equipment, the tires meet international quality standards, gradually affirm the value in the domestic and international market.

In addition, Da Nang Rubber Company has also implemented the master plan, designed, manufactured, install the coal supply system at the tire factory project. Accordingly, the moisture in the coal storage has decreased from 70% to the set level of 50-55%. At the same time, DRC has designed, manufactured and installed an automatic pneumatic black coal pushing system from coal storage to 16 silos / day with actual testing capacity of 9 tons / hour with compressed air volume of 24m3 / minute, consumes 9 kWh, reduces noise, reduces dust, provides adequate black coal and reaches the required humidity, ensuring a high degree of automation suitable for smart production operations. The new system helps the Company increase productivity by 7 times, reduce energy consumption, save more than 947 million dong per year.

Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company is typical in mastering production technology and developing product formulas. Specifically, in the production of spray-drying laundry detergents, the company has automated the process of feeding and spraying, and synchronize the production equipment to provide stable and efficient in use and make high quality products. At the final product packaging stage, the Company also plans to invest in an automatic conveyor conveyor, using a robot arm, considering 1-2 lines to use a palletizing robot to reduce labor and increase productivity.

Apatite Vietnam Co., Ltd. is typical with two projects: Innovation, modernization of refined ore refining technology; using new technological equipment in the exploitation of ore 1 and ore 2, increasing the coefficient of resource recovery, ensuring the quality of exploited ore. According to the evaluation of Apatite Vietnam Co., Ltd., in the past 5 years, the coefficient of recovering resources of the company in exploiting ore 1 and ore 2 has increased about 7-8% compared to previous years, similarly corresponding to an increase in exploitation output of 80,000 – 100,000 tons / year on the same geological reserve.

In the coming time, VINACHEM continues to focus on intensive investment, improve production capacity, gradually renovate technologies, machines and equipment by enhancing the application of advanced imported technologies and modern equipment.
