Pressure (AAC), VIGLACERA autoclaved aerated concrete panels are becoming the first choice of many project investors and projects in 2019.

For sanitary wares, shower faucets, VIGLACERA implements the investment project of the high-class sanitary ware factory with the capacity of 750,000 products/year in Vung Tau, the total investment is estimated at VND 486 billion, products meet export requirements, deployed in 2017 – 2018, new investment in 1 sanitary ware production line with a capacity of 1 million products/year in Tien Hai Industrial Park (Thai Binh) invested by VIGLACERA Thanh Tri Joint Stock Company.

In addition, VIGLACERA continues to invest in expanding Thai Binh granite plant, phase 3, expected in the period of 2018 – 2019, new investment high quality ceramic tile factory with a capacity of 6 million m2/year in the period of 2018 – 2019 in Tien Hai Industrial Park (Thai Binh) etc.

At the same time, research and survey the conditions to prepare investment to develop artificial quartz product line, expected to be implemented in the period of 2019-2020. Continuing to research and deploy investment in a construction materials factory in Can Loc in the direction of producing unburnt construction materials suitable to market conditions and ensuring local environmental requirements etc.

Focus on environmentally friendly products

In the period of 2016-2020, VIGLACERA determined to focus on developing new environmentally-friendly products, products with high added value and new designs in line with domestic and export market demands. On the basis of new investment, expansion as well as a survey of acquisition of technology factories and quality equipment for additional investment and renovation.

In addition, strengthening the management of product quality, maintaining the target of construction glass No.1 in Vietnam, products of sanitary wares and horizontal tiles by Top. Focusing on specialization and automation in existing production lines to improve product quality, increase labor productivity and increase competitiveness, strengthening the development of export markets to countries in Europe and America, following the export plan program for the period of 2016 – 2020. Investing in Cuba on the basis of a joint venture with local enterprises to invest in the field of sanitary wares and tiles in the period of 2017 – 2020, investment in tourism and hotels in Cuba etc.

In particular, for construction glass, VIGLACERA has been completed, handed over and put into operation (April 2017) investment project of low-e glass factory (Binh Duong)-Phase 1 with capacity 2,3 million m2/year. Plan for 2017, output reaches 926,500m2. In 2018, production is expected to reach 1,61 million m2 (70% of capacity). In 2019, production is expected to reach 2,07 million m2 (90% of capacity). In 2020, production is expected to reach 100% of design capacity (2,3 million m2).

Investment project of super white float glass line with a capacity of 600 tons/day with a total investment of about 2,600 billion VND, an investment project of CNG, natural gas fuel system at the VIGLACERA Float Glass Factory (Binh Duong), an investment project of super-white rolled glass with a capacity of 600 tons/day in Yen Phong Industrial Park (Bac Ninh) etc.

Breakthrough in energy-saving glass production

As a leading enterprise in manufacturing construction materials in Vietnam, VIGLACERA continues to create a breakthrough in technology when actively investing in the project “Energy saving glass production line”. This is the first project invested in Southeast Asia. This project has been approved by the Prime Minister as a “High-tech” project and granted a certificate of high-tech application by the Ministry of Science and Technology, affirming the policy of investing in new and public materials sectors. High-tech, energy-saving, environmentally friendly by methodical, long-term and in-depth investment strategy.

Based on the world’s leading advanced science and technology platform, the project has a scale of 5,000,000 m2/year, total investment of nearly VND 500 billion, of which the core is the glass production line according to German technology set by Xi.
