Truong Hai Automobile Joint Stock Company (Thaco) said that this unit has officially transferred the technology of manufacturing Thaco HB73S bus to HTA Company in Kazakhstan.
To transfer this manufacturing technology, Thaco had previously sent 11 Thaco bus factory engineers to Kazakhstan to transfer Thaco HB73S bus manufacturing technology to HTA Company under the technology transfer contract signed by the two parties. February 1, 2017.
Next, 30 sets of Thaco HB73S bus spare parts (29 seats) were manufactured and exported to HTA Co., Ltd. by Thaco bus Co., Ltd. – a member unit of Thaco.
According to Thaco, the current demand for public transport in Central Asian countries has increased, but the products of countries in the region have not met the requirements.
Therefore, after researching and researching, HTA Company decided to cooperate with Thaco bus to import bus components. In 2018, Thaco will export another 50 sets of Thaco HB73S bus spare parts to partners.
In order to support HTA Company in assembling the Thaco HB73S bus to meet the standards of the global quality management system IATF 16949, Thaco sent a team of engineers to work at the HTA Company’s factory in Almty city, Kazakhstan.
Thaco’s engineers supported equipment installation, instruction and assembly training, quality control for HTA engineers for 1 month.
According to the working program, Thaco transferred all of the technology documents for manufacturing Thaco HB73S bus with a length of 7.6m.
At the same time, Thaco engineers also trained and instructed in detail how to install and install the Main jig welding machine with 6 bus body sections; how to operate and use the Main Jig; welded body finishing training; surface treatment, paint finish body specifications and instructions on assembly of 2 sample Thaco HB73S buses.
Remarkably, Thaco HB73S bus components are products manufactured by Thaco engineers themselves, designed, manufactured and tested at competitive prices compared to the corresponding components manufactured by Korean enterprises.
These components will be distributed by HTA Company in the domestic market and exported to regional countries such as Russia, Belarus.
The transfer of Thaco HB73S bus production technology to HTA Company marked the first success of Thaco in actively mastering production technology, testing quality and pioneering bus exports, implementing the strategy actively integrate into the region and the world.
