Vietnam Productivity Institute organizes black belt Lean Six Sigma experts training course in 2020

Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt Expert (LSS) is the nucleus of the Lean 6 Sigma improvement program. The Black Belt is responsible for advising and directing the Green Belt to choose the optimal improvement solution, and at the same time incorporating the Green Belt improvement projects into an influential project at the enterprise level. Therefore, black belt LSS experts play an important role and determine the success of the Lean 6 Sigma Improvement Program at the enterprise.

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a selective integrated management model between Lean Manufacturing and Method 6 Sigma, which was born in the 90s of the last century. LSS is seen as a new trend in selecting methods and tools that best suit the intrinsic capabilities of the enterprise to simultaneously meet all three important requirements for customers: Competitive price. , good quality and on time delivery. It is also one of the most effective tools available today to identify and reduce non-value-added activities that are applied by many leading companies and corporations in the world such as : Toyota, Motorola, GE.

Implementing the project “Improving productivity and quality of industrial products and goods” under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 604 / QD-TTg, Vietnam Productivity Institute organized “Lean experts 6 Sigma black belt” training course according to international standards with a thorough roadmap from basic knowledge of LSS to advanced tools of LSS green belt and black belt as follows:

– Number of keys supported: 01 unique key

– Time: April 18, 2020 – June 21, 2020 (Saturday, Sunday every week)

– Location: No. 8, Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay, Hanoi

– Form of training: Theory combined with improving productivity practices at 01 pilot enterprise.

Participating in the course, trainees are equipped and practiced advanced skills and tools of Lean 6 Sigma black belt. From there, help trainees:
