Vietnam Confederation of Labor launched the movement to improve labor productivity in 2019

Presidium of VGCL organizes the launching of a special emulation movement among cadres, union members, officials and cadres at all levels to set up practical achievements to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam Community (28.7.1929 – 28.7.2019) and urgently bring Resolution of the 12th National Congress of Vietnam (term 2018 – 2023) to life.

Emulation results must be presented by specific constructions, jobs or products

Emulation program in 2019 “Welcome the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the CDVN” by Mr. Bui Van Cuong – Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Chairman of the VGCL – signed with the theme “Works, the part of Community – Welcome 90 years of Vietnamese support along with the country”.

Accordingly, the purpose and requirement of the 2019 emulation program is to educate the glorious traditional history of the working class and the Vietnamese vocational organization in the new situation. Create a vigorous emulation atmosphere, encourage the great strength of officials, union members, officials and officials of all levels of government to overcome all difficulties, strive to emulate “Good labor, creative labor” with spirit of high determination, creating a breakthrough in improving labor productivity, product quality, work efficiency, ensuring progress, absolute safety; striving to complete the goals and targets set by the college organization and socio-economic development targets in 2019.

Clearly define the objectives, targets, subjects, contents and measures

One of the contents of the emulation is to deploy emulation movements suitable for each field and object. All levels of colleges actively build an emulation plan in 2019, welcome 90 years of establishment of the Vietnamese Community, closely follow the programs, plans and schemes to implement the Resolution of the 12th Congress of Vietnam Community, first of all, to renew thinking. and how to implement the Resolution, focus on implementing 3 breakthrough stages, 9 target groups and 9 general tasks that the XII Congress has identified. Organization of emulation movements must be suitable to each field, object of union members, officials and employees.

Deploying emulation movements must be associated with activities of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees. Focusing on developing the diversity and effectiveness of activities to take care of the benefits of union members, striving “each establishment has one more union member benefit”; continue to effectively implement the “Year for the benefit of unionists”. Focus on improving the quality of negotiation, dialogue, signing and implementing CBAs in non-state sector enterprises; strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of CBAs, well implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulation.

Associate the emulation movements with the propaganda and advocacy activities of the cadres and civil servants to actively study, improve the level of politics, expertise, skills, perfect career skills, equip legal knowledge, build building industrial style to adapt to the industrial revolution 4.0, contributing to the effective implementation of the program “CDVN accompanies the Government to improve national competitiveness and sustainable development of the country”.

Strongly renew launching, organizing emulation movements and commendation work. The content of organizing the emulation movement in the direction of: Sticking to political tasks, five-key tasks, thematic (easy to remember, easy to implement), practical content, anti-formality; timely checking, urging and evaluation. Launching and deploying emulation movements only when clearly defining the objectives, targets, subjects, contents, measures, scope of organization of the movement and achieved results. Collectives and individuals with many achievements in participating in emulation movements must be considered and rewarded by competent authorities and proposed commendation in time and in accordance with regulations. The reward must ensure accuracy, publicity, right subjects and achievements. Constructing, concretizing, quantifying emulation criteria to assess and honor accurate rewards and create real motivation in the emulation movement.
