The capacity of the sewer line is from 300 – 350m long/day for all types of products.

According to experts, the pipe production line of Viet Cuong Construction Concrete Co., Ltd. is the most modern production technology in the world with core vibration and hydraulic press. The advantage of this production line is that it can produce both round and square sewers, rectangular sewers, technical trenches, U-shaped drainage ditches, etc.

Accordingly, for circular sewers, it is possible to produce sewers with inner diameters up to 3m; For box culverts, it is possible to produce sewers with the size of culverts up to 3.5m.

With a closed production line from reinforcing processing by automatic welding machine, casting of drain pipe products by core vibrator and hydraulic pressing, etc the drain pipe produced has superior quality compared to the drain pipe products. of other production lines from quality to shape and design.

Factories have been granted with ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Certificate; Environmental management system ISO 14001: 2015. The construction material products have been granted Certificate of Conformity to national standards and technical standards: QCVN 16: 2017 / BXD; TCVN 9113: 2012, TCVN 6476: 1999, TCVN 7744: 2013, TCVN 9116: 2012. In addition, the products are also announced for conformity at the Department of Construction.
