Vien Chau Building Materials Joint Stock Company (Tuyen Quang) is the first brick production company in Tuyen Quang, operating in the field of non-fired brick production. On average, each year the company supplies to the market about 60 million bricks.

With a history of more than 20 years, Vien Chau currently has 03 brick production lines with the relatively stable market. Currently the company is continuing to invest in technological innovation, technical improvement in production such as: Investment in lifting machines, palletizing tractors to support shaping, transporting carpentry, supporting product unloading, loading and unloading. Products investment in production lines of unburnt construction materials worth more than VND 3.6 billion.

In terms of business investment strategy, the factory has planned to continue investing in phase 2 to double capacity. Specifically, the company has always focused on investing in equipment to perfect and create better working conditions, specialized in current production facilities, and at the same time, constantly improving the technique of production lines for ensuring the capacity and quality of products created.

In order to bring the product to reach the market, over the past years, the company has always focused on improving and repairing the kiln and drying system of 3 tunnel kilns, buying more lifting equipment, tractors to reduce hard work for workers. Finding the right sources of raw materials and fuels, combining management measures to improve labor productivity, reduce product costs to make the company’s production and business activities effective, creating development momentum for the years next.

By the end of 2018, the company produced 68 million bricks; consumption of 75 million bricks (including the amount of bricks produced in 2017), reaching 105% of the year plan; revenue reached more than 54 billion, up 6% compared to the plan, contributing to the state budget 2.9 billion. The company creates jobs for 300 workers with an average income of VND 6.3 million / person / month; Paying social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees is 3.6 billion VND.
