The productivity of digging furnaces increased 2 times

Stone shovelers are designed, improved, installed from a variety of mixed equipment, suitable for the conditions of digging stone furnaces at the company.

Due to the many superior features such as easy operation, compact, flexible movement in complex terrain. XD32-HUB stone shovels increase the progress of furnace digging from 0.7m/shift up to 1.4m/shift, increasing twice as much as before, in accordance with small furnace road dis of 9.5 m2 or more. In particular, the furnace manpower also decreased by nearly 50% from 9 workers / mirror / shift to 5 workers / mirror / shift.

In recent years, Uong Bi Coal Company has continuously had many Kaizen in production, helping to increase labor productivity and improve working conditions for workers.

Or the automation system to control and supervise the pneumatic station in Trang Bach area with a total investment of VND 1.4 billion, the goal of automation of operation management, ensuring safety work, reducing the operating manpower from 6 people to 3 people per day.

In particular, the company has stepped up the implementation of innovative solutions, technical improvements as well as initiatives to convert and build coal rail machines in furnaces, win winholes to support workers walking in pits, rumbo high-yield drills and especially initiatives to build tools to help locust convey coal in furnace mirrors for loading furnaces for public service coal conveying works to replace labor force for workers. The machine can reach a few meters, which people can not do with productivity many times higher than running coal by hand. The machine can move on the rail system quite flexibly.

Thanks to technological innovation and promotion of technical innovation, labor productivity at Uong Bi Coal Company increased, workers have stable income in 2019 and early 2020.
