Mr. Tuyen shared: In 2012, he and his team members studied, learned and made improvements to the hard-joint replacement device by the soft rubber coupling of the grinding unit. He further explained: “The hard coupling of this device has been used by Yen Binh Paper Factory since the early days of its establishment. During operation, it has revealed inadequacies, limited impact on equipment and workers using the mill. When machining coupling requires precision, the cost of a coupling is very high while the life of the replacement device is only one year. Therefore, it is necessary to research and find ways to improve equipment this.”

After the time of application, this initiative has many advantages such as simple processing, low cost, easy to disassemble, long time to use equipment, reduce noise, and the area of ​​low-fat grinding joints. By improving this equipment, in one year reduced 2 motor bearings and 3 bearings of the disc grinding gearbox. According to calculations, Mr Tuyen’s initiative has benefited more than 20 million VND / line / year for the Company, contributing to the plant to exceed the production plan assigned by the Company. Up to now, my initiative has been applied in production lines of 3 factories, namely Yen Binh Paper Factory, Minh Quan Paper Factory and Van Chan Paper Factory.
