He said, due to the long operating time of the machine, the machine often fails, resulting in lower product quality. So he redesigned the whole electrical and hydraulic system, replaced the control system with PLC, touch screen, etc., instead of 1 worker in charge of 1 machine and doing many operations, now each person Can be in charge of 2-3 machines at the same time and only need 2 simple operations to pour rubber into the mold and choose timer mode.
