TVP Steel Joint Stock Company: Safe, superior corrugated iron products

The TVP Steel Company was established on August 8, 1996 as a limited company. In the context of international economic integration there is no small pressure, forcing steel enterprises to invest in renovating production technology lines to improve product quality, creating a competitive advantage with steel producers domestic and foreign.

Aiming at the goal of being competitive when entering global economic integration, TVP has invested in many new equipment totaling up to US $ 50 million to create quality products to meet the diverse needs of the market and bring practical benefits to consumers. Currently the company owns a system of machinery lines including: 12 steel pipe rolling lines with a capacity of 36,000 tons/year, 2 galvanized lines with a capacity of 70,000 tons/year, 1 color coating line with a capacity of 40,000 tons/year, 1 color coated corrugated iron production line with a capacity of 80,000 tons/year.

In 2014, TVP applied the color coating line technology. To the advantage of using an electronically controlled motor, there is a chrome coating system by coating method to help the paint on the religious surface evenly, especially applying the technology to treat RTO emissions without causing environmental pollution. This modern color coating line has launched many new lines of corrugated iron and wood pattern with superior durability that can be used for more than 20 years and completely overcome the disadvantages of dull, moldy fast degradation of old materials. As a result, the color corrugated iron products of TVP have been highly appreciated by units producing refrigerators, air conditioners, microwaves, and rice cookers to replace imported materials. In early 2016, TVP continued to launch Hitachi’s cold rolling line with a capacity of 400,000 tons/year, contributing to reducing costs and increasing TVP’s product competitiveness.

All the company’s products meet ISO 9001: 2008 standards and high quality standards of Japan. In addition, in order to prevent fake, poor quality products, affecting brand reputation, TVP has advanced onion for two coats of paint on the back of each product. With tested quality, TVP Steel has been accompanied with many projects stretching from North to South not only meeting domestic market, TVP’s corrugated iron products also penetrate and conquer difficult markets such as USA, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Europe, etc.
