In order to meet the stringent specifications of a fanless computer, machining tolerances must be kept to a minimum. Accordingly, Tranquil PC company added an XYZ 710 VMC and a MiniMill 560 provided by XYZ Machine Tools to solve this problem.

Mr. Phillip Thompson, director of Tranquil PC said: “The new machines allow us to process directly to reduce raw material waste as well as reduce error rate. An aluminum billet can be utilized up to 60-70% before becoming a product.”
