One difficulty of the company is that the personnel of the equipment maintenance department are inexperienced, fluctuating frequently, often have to run the incident and take most of the time to troubleshoot the problem. From that current situation, the TPM program in Duc Hieu has identified that it is important to strengthen the operational personnel capacity in detecting equipment abnormalities, handling basic equipment faults and lifting high ability to inspect, clean, lubricate, tighten machinery. Operators who do the above work well will contribute to improving machine reliability, so that maintenance workers can focus on planned maintenance activities.

In addition, in order to improve the capacity of maintenance technicians as well as ensure the time to perform maintenance and repair activities of equipment, the consultant guides the group to perform one-point lessons to make training materials for personnel.
