According to Ms. Ngoc, among the most useful initiatives, the one she likes most is the idea of ​​abandoning the stage of sewing shoes with a needle instead of virtual electric sewing machine (IE programming automatic shoe sewing machine) to produce a more even and beautiful product than sewing handmade. In this way, the company can both reduce labor and increase quantity and quality of products.

Currently, Ms. Ngoc is a senior worker in the enterprise, specializing in making sewing samples when the enterprise receives new shoe model contracts according to customer requirements. Ms. Ngoc said, sewing samples is an important step because this is a product that both send customers to preview and make samples for sewing workers to follow. If left on a small detail, can damage thousands of other shoes on the chain. She always supports new colleagues, helping them understand the nature of the job to promote the creativity of each person. She is coming up with many new ideas for improving product quality and is expected to be completed in 2020. For her, workers fulfilling their tasks are not enough but also have to be creative and improve their own qualifications.
