Mesocilization is one of TKV’s innovation and breakthrough policies to help the group’s units reduce labor, increase labor productivity, increase safety levels and optimize coal production stages. Recently, in some coal production units, pit coal has invested in automation systems in some stages, work in mining and coal mining.

Typical, after more than 2 years of putting the gas compressor station automation system at Uong Bi Coal Company, Ha Mis Coal JSC, Fat Mountain Coal JSC into operation, has helped 3 units reduce the loss of 30% of compressed air throughout the mine; early detection of abnormal compressed air loss conditions due to pipeline damage. In 2019, coal industry units continue to invest in the system of automation of pumping stations, automation of the main conveyor line in the pit and outside the ground, automation of centralized monitoring control at the substation.

At United Coal Company, the enterprise has invested in synchronizing the mining of coal pits in the entire market furnace with advanced technology, high technical features, suitable for coal mining conditions at high depths such as com-bai stage machines, self-driving drilling vehicles,… increase the productivity of furnace digging and mining by more than 50% compared to before.

At Hong Thai Coal Company, the company has successfully applied the technology of exploiting the market furnace skewered against holding with ZRY 20/30 soft truss for steep seams over 450, replacing the technology of exploiting the upper cross chamber, achieving output according to the design capacity; apply centrally focused mine gas control technology to ensure safety, fire and explosion, bringing coal mining output to increase gradually Every year.

In 2020, TKV strives to consume 49 million tons of coal, producing 40.5 million tons; revenue of over VND 138,000 billion; average labor productivity of 772 tons of coal per person per year (up 3% compared to 2019).
