Tien Phong Plastic JSC: Bright examples of work and production

The female engineer is passionate about the concoctions

As one of the two female technicians under the Quality Technology Department, engineer Nguyen Thi Nhan always obeys the rules and regulations of the unit and the company. With her passion for scientific research, from the years she was still sitting in a lecture hall, Ms. Nhan decided to bring her youth to contribute to the plastic industry in Vietnam.

In 2016, after graduating with a major in Chemical engineering from Hanoi University of Technology, she joined Tien Phong Plastic. As a technician monitoring technology, searching and testing new materials and chemicals to put into production, she has made bold suggestions and improvements to help improve product quality such as: Processing and manufacturing of quality electric wire, pipes with lower cost running from PVC beads; Researching, testing and offering a method of testing the brittleness of the electric gutters to help control and improve product quality; tested and issued an official preparation order to produce UPVC pipes according to ISO3633 standards, helping the company to launch a new product line, ensuring quality with competitive prices. At the same time, she also combined with Foreign experts improve, test and offer solutions for handling zinc, calcium stabilizer to help Tien Phong Plastic products become more and more environmentally friendly, protect the health of workers and consumers use.

In addition to work related to research, Ms. Nhan is also active with her unit’s emulation movements, participating in training classes for her partner’s employees on instructions for handling and transporting products to help them. Have the knowledge to do the job to ensure the right quality requirements. Combining with PVC factory to promptly solve technological fluctuations to stabilize the factory’s production with different powdered materials and chemicals.

Ms. Nhan’s contributions are always recognized and appreciated by the unit’s leaders. With her achievements, in 2019, Ms. Nhan was honored to win the title of Excellent Employee, praised and rewarded by the leaders of the Company and the unit.

A technician with many scientific solutions and initiatives

Graduated in mechanical engineering, Hanoi University of Technology, after many years of accumulating knowledge, in 2010, Mr. Dang Xuan Tung worked at the Research and Development Department, Tien Tien Plastic Joint Stock Company Phong. As an equipment specialist, Mr. Dang Xuan Tung is always dedicated to his job, actively researching and learning from colleagues to successfully complete assigned tasks. Besides, Dang Xuan Tung also enthusiastically participated in emulation movements for better labor; always researching, creating at work, overcoming difficulties in order to improve techniques to bring high efficiency in production.

For two consecutive years (2017-2018), Tung won the title of Emulation Soldier, Excellent Union Union member. In 2019, he was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of Hai Phong City People’s Committee; The Minister of Industry and Trade awarded the Certificate of Merit for Creative Labor in 2019.

In particular, with creative thoughts in the process of labor and production, Dang Xuan Tung also won the first prize “Contest for the creation of technical workers in the city. Hai Phong” in 2018-2019 with the initiative to design and manufacture UPVC spare parts with diameter D250 to D400 with pressure chamber. The efficiency from the above initiative of Xuan Tung has helped to improve productivity, liberate labor force, not only stabilize the product quality but also save 200 million VND in design and manufacturing costs for the company. In addition, he is also the owner of the technical initiative, research, design and manufacture of automatic counting lines and UPVC pipes 21 ÷ 34 which are highly appreciated by the Company Appraisal Council for contributing to enhancing product design and save labor as well as design and manufacturing costs.

Achieving outstanding achievements in his profession, Tung is also active in social activities, such as responding to the photo contest “Labor joy 2018” to honor the beauty of the workers working at Tien Phong JSC. With enthusiasm, Tung’s photo excellently won the 3rd prize of the contest, contributing a part to arousing the enthusiasm of employees.

Loving his job, Mr. Dang Xuan Tung himself always remembers what Uncle Ho taught, “Whether doing the job of sweeping trash or everything is a glorious job. So any job is beneficial to the country for the benefit of the people. People, useful for society are glorious. There is no better job.”, to motivate me to always complete my work well. Therefore, in everyday life, he is always open and sincere to everyone and is loved by leaders and colleagues.
