The company has four main product lines: writing instruments, school supplies, office tools and art tools. As of 2019, the company owns the sub-brands: Thien Long (traditional), Bizner, Colokit, Point 10 and Flexoffice. Production efficiency of Thien Long always reaches from 95-100% with absolute precision thanks to the support of modern production lines. Thien Long also promotes automation in the production process from pressing, dropping to printing, checking and packaging. For example, the part of creating plastic products is created by plastic injection machines supported by automatic robots, the assembly is carried out on semi-automatic assembly machines with high productivity and accuracy, the processing of molds is done automatically on CNC machines originating from Japan.

Thien Long applies a modern technology line in all stages and builds a strict quality control system to bring the best products to consumers. In 2015 alone, the automation installation department designed more than 20 lines of machines and equipment to put into use. In 2016, the company’s automation department has successfully researched and manufactured 15 automatic machinery lines. This department also finds and applies modern machinery and equipment from countries with advanced technology such as Japan, Korea, Germany, and Switzerland, helping the automation level of the two manufacturing plants. Currently, Thien Long owns 2 factories, of which Nam Thien Long factory in Tan Tao Industrial Park has a capacity of 550 million units of products per year, Thien Long Long Thanh factory produces 250 million units annually.
