Tung was born in 1991, his father was a policeman, so when he was a child, he burned his dream of succeeding him. Because he was not eligible to take the exam, in the end, he had to take the exam to Cao Thang Technical College.

After graduating, in order to gain experience, Tung did not hesitate to work in CN at Nidec Servo Co., Ltd. Passionate about machines, in the process of working, he not only completed his work well, but also spent time studying the principles of operating the machines and paying attention to discovering their limitations to find out solutions.

His diligence and eagerness to learn helped Tung come up with many ideas for improving his machines. Typically, the initiative to create automatic controllers to replace the control buttons of product testing machines in 2014. This is also the first initiative of high value, helping him assert his ability.

Sharing about “the brainchild”, Tung said before, to control this machine, CN must press the button. This operation, even though it is only done in a short second, but in fact, it causes the productivity of labor to be stagnant due to the total time to complete a product of only about 8 seconds. “The automatic control shortens the time to finish the product to 7 seconds, helping to increase productivity higher than before” – he said.

Thua won the storm, Tung constantly came up with many good and useful ideas. After more than 6 years working at the company, he has over 10 valuable initiatives, high benefits for businesses. Typically such as designing, constructing and assembling glue recycling machine for Fan Motor production, saving 13,200 USD/year, etc. The creative creativity led him from an operation to become a captain when he was very young. Not only that, he was also facilitated to learn, cultivate knowledge, political courage and honor to join the Party ranks at the end of 2018. “Before, when I went to the factory to work, I always taught myself. Make sure you get the job done. Now that I am a party member, I am aware of the increasing responsibility. I instructed myself to strive more, to be an example for young people ”- he confided.

Another typical member of the Communist Party is Mr. Ta Hong Thang, Chairman of Trade Union (CD) Rong Viet Machine and Tools Co., Ltd. (specializing in distributing, installing and maintaining mechanical processing machines).

Born in a family with a revolutionary tradition, Mr. Thang wanted to become a member from a young age. So no matter what he does, he always tries his best.

In 2009, becoming a member of Rong Viet Machine and Tools Co., Ltd., having access to a dynamic and appropriate working environment, Thang determined to learn and strive to rise up. The specific job is to regularly go to work, but he is not afraid of suffering, afraid of difficulties, pioneering in all jobs. Many ideas and initiatives were born in the process of repairing machines that helped him assert his skills.

It is that enthusiasm that has helped Mr. Thang win the hearts of both the board of directors and the employees (employees) at the enterprise. Therefore, when the College was founded at the company 2 years ago, he was elected as the chairman of the collective of employees. Taking on a new responsibility, he quickly grasped the knowledge and operational skills, not only coordinating with businesses to successfully organize employee conferences, conducting dialogues at enterprises but also building collective labor agreements. with many content that is beneficial to employees.

With these achievements, on September 15, 2017, Mr. Thang was honored to be admitted to the Party. He expressed: “It was a great joy for me. Since deciding to work at a private unit, I think the process of joining the Party will be very long, but thanks to the support from businesses and colleagues, I have been able to study and become a party member. ”

As the only ethnic minority party member (M’Nong) honored by the HCMC Labor Federation this year, Mr. Y Thanh Eung (CN of Doosol Vietnam Co., Ltd.) was very touched. Leaving his hometown of Dak Lak to Ho Chi Minh City to start a business in 2011, he applied to work at Doosol Vietnam with the task of warehouse technology. Although life is difficult, both himself and his wife are workers, currently at the hostel, but he always strives to uphold the sense of responsibility when performing assigned tasks.
