Mr. Le Duc Anh – Deputy Director of Food Processing Factory of Cholimex Food Joint Stock Company who has received many awards, certificates of merit acknowledging his contributions to the production initiative. After nearly 10 years working at the company, his initiatives do not help workers to work more efficiently, but also bring real benefits to the company (estimated at more than 2.5 VND billion / year).
Starting with the desire to solve the difficulties that workers directly encounter in the working process. Initiatives bring high efficiency, thereby, motivating, bouncing bigger ones and linking the initiatives together, creating a big effect. From improving double filling machines on the basis of a single filling machine manufactured by the company’s maintenance engineering workshop. Filling machine sometimes research, grinding has doubled its capacity, accounting for more than 30% area than a single filling machine. Furthermore, the cost of building a double filling machine is also less than making two single filling machines. And it is important to meet the market demand in the new stage of development. Total benefit value is estimated at 1.5 billion”.
Next, in 2018, he gave two impressive initiatives: one is to renovate the soy sauce factory to increase capacity by 20% and the second to design “by loading chili”. Instead of the worker having to carry the chili bags, poured out on a long table and then select them manually, when there is a conveyor belt, the chili will be immediately put there for the screening. The worker just picked up the failed chili peppers out.
Productivity is tripled, and about 10% less maneuvers are reduced. With this initiative, the unit also saves about 1.5 billion. The project is also honored to be one of the four works attached to the signboard by the Ho Chi Minh City Confederation of Labor on the 35th anniversary of the establishment of Cholimex Food Joint Stock Company.
With a series of initiatives in his work, Mr. Le Duc Anh was honored as one of the 12 “Typical Young Citizens” faces honored by Ho Chi Minh City in 2019.
