Beside the Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and the Oriental Medicine Factory in Cam Vinh (Cam Xuyen) since 2006, Mr. Tran Xuan An has always been passionate about improving the equipment to reduce labor force and cost.
Promoting knowledge learned from mechanical engineering, over the past time, he has invented three devices: a moisture-proof granulating machine, a gripper to pick up the medicine blister and a lot-closing machine; From there, contributing to reducing labor, increasing productivity.
With his creativity, Mr. An has built a pneumatic cylinder system to replace the motor system which is easily damaged. New equipment costs nearly 10 times cheaper than the old system and is less damaged, simple operation.
Mr. An said: “From the actual work, I gradually came up with ideas for each device. There are those that have to be researched for nearly a year, testing countless times to succeed. At those times, with encouragement from factory leaders and colleagues, I had more motivation to improve the product. In addition, I also asked myself, learn more knowledge online, books, newspapers ”.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Quang – a packaging department at an oriental medicine factory, shared: “For me, Mr. An is a teacher.
