The Ministry of Science and Technology has announced the framework model of ISO 9001: 2015 system

The Ministry of Science and Technology has just announced the model of quality management system system according to national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 for agencies and organizations under the local State administrative system.

This framework model was built and applied in accordance with the Decision 19/2014/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the application of quality management system according to national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2008 to the operation of agencies, organizations belong to the state administrative system.

According to the Ministry of Science and Technology, this framework model aims to help local agencies and organizations integrate regulations, one-stop, one-stop-shop management software, financial management, etc. Existing management system, using the same structure to operate, minimize troubles, harassment, and make transparent the procedures for handling administrative procedures.

The framework model developed by the Ministry of Science and Technology applies to agencies and organizations of the local state administrative system according to the national standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2015. The purpose of building a framework model for agencies and organizations in the local state administrative system focuses on determining the scope of application of the Quality Management System (Quality Management System); guide the application of the provisions of the national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 and the form of work process at agencies and organizations belonging to the state administrative system.

The agencies refer to the framework model for the types of agencies and organizations belonging to the local state administrative system according to the national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 to build, apply and convert the application according to national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 to suit the actual situation of the agency.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong – Acting Director of Standard conformity assessment Department, General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control, currently 21 ministries and agencies have approved the implementation plan of Decision No. 19/2014/QD -TTg. Up to 2018, there were 14 Ministries conducting construction inspection, applying, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System at agencies and affiliated units and 37 localities have checked construction activities. apply, maintain and improve the Quality Management System at agencies and units in the area.

Currently, ministries and agencies such as the Ministry of Public Security, the State Bank of Vietnam, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Vietnam Social Insurance, and the Ministry of Defense also continue to maintain the framework model of the quality management system for institutions. The organization is organized according to the attached vertical system.
