The initiative “Alkaline rinsing and circulating raw solution pipes” helps businesses benefit about VND 1.5 billion per year

Currently, the company’s products are present in many major markets such as Japan, Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, etc.

Despite being newly established, the Dak Nong Aluminum Company – TKV, but up to now the company not only owns the technology, but also actively researches technical improvement solutions, streamlines production lines, increase production output. It is for this reason that every year Dak Nong – TKV Aluminum Company has saved tens of billion VND from applying technical innovations to the operation of production systems.

In the first nine months of 2017, many initiatives have been put in place to rationalize production, including those that bring about high economic efficiency. Typically, the alkaline conduction system of the Nhan Co Alumin Factory was originally designed with 3 pipes, including 2 main running pipes and 1 backup line. However, after only 2 years of operation, these pipes have been sticking to 70-80 cm thick. The volume of the pipeline is therefore narrowed, reducing the factory load and frequently clogged, the annual cost of cleaning the pipeline with high pressure water is about VND 1.5 billion.

From this fact, the group of authors Author Le Xuan Quang, Department of Technology and Technology has researched and launched the initiative: “Circulating alkaline washing of raw solution pipes”. Accordingly, the Company has taken advantage of the alkaline washing system of the A11 zone to wash the alkaline circulation, making the clinging quickly dissolve, releasing volume for the pipeline.

The group of authors also added: “We have used this amount of alkali to wash alkaline in pipes. At the same time, alkali will come back and deliver it into a flow at no cost. The initiative also saves the Company a large amount of money when not having to hire an external unit to wash pipes every year. Each year, the company has helped to save nearly VND 1.5 billion for pipe cleaning activities. Thanks to this initiative, the plant’s operation is also more stable, ensuring the continuous production of the whole Company”.

Under the direction and control of the Technical Improvement Initiative Council, most of the technical staff are young but well-trained, qualified, enthusiastic in their work. Contributed many innovations to improve techniques and rationalize production. In each department, there are new ideas, useful and recognized as effective, valuable and beneficial through actual implementation. Most of the initiatives are facilitated by the company leaders to be put into practice.
