Legroup Trading Production Joint Stock Company is a Vietnamese enterprise specializing in the manufacture and supply of mechanical components and components in the supporting industry. Currently, Legroup is a supplier to many manufacturers of automobiles, motorcycles and industrial sectors. The Legroup’s goal is becoming the No. 1 producer and supplier in the Vietnamese supporting industry, they have implemented many management and technology solutions in their production line.

Legroup is a unit producing components and spare parts that have a very early history and experienced many stages of development. The Legroup’s predecessor was a cooperative model with simple spare parts such as tripods, bike racks for bicycles and operating since the 1970. In 2002, the company laid the foundation when built the first factory in Tu Liem, Hanoi with the production line for exhaust pipes for motorbikes, handles, nuts. In 2004, the company continued to build the second factory in Quang Minh Industrial Park with items: exhaust pipes for motorbike, truck, brake, gear lever… Currently, this place is the head office and the company’s factory with all production lines.

With the goal of becoming the No.1 manufacturer and supplier in Vietnam supporting industry, Legroup has the advantage that stamping products. That had invested many machines and automated lines:

• Stamping technology: The stamping process is carried out with hydraulic machines, which are carried out by a continuous mold and integrated with an automatic workpiece feeding system. This system can handle materials of up to 650mm wide and thickness up to 10mm.

• Welding technology: LeGroup can meet different welding types such as MIG welding, TIG welding, MAC welding, rolling welding, and spot welding. The welding process at the company is carried out by hand, machine, using both single and mixing gases.

• Bending technology: With a modern CNC bending machine, it is possible to produce bending products with a 50mm narrow-angle and with composite bending bags.

• Plating technology: Fully automatic Nickel plating line, with 3 Nickel layers and 1 Chrome layer. Currently, the plating capacity of the production line reaches 1100 products/shift, with a thickness of 16 microns, exceeding the 16-hour salt spray test.

he processes and products of the company are controlled by modern test equipment such as scanning machine, material component exaggerator, three-dimensional measuring machine, product durability testing machine, salt spray equipment, thermal shock test equipment, and other equipment. In addition, the company’s machinery system is equipped with sensors to prevent labor accidents.

In addition, Legroup has established a strict quality management system at every stage of production. These systems operate according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 standards and 5S, Kaizen tools. In 2017, under the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the company carried out the project “Building IATF 16949: 2016 quality management system” for automotive components. Thereby helping their products meet the quality requirements of customers.

Thanks to the above activities, Legroup has gained trust and certification from many major partners such as Goshi Vietnam, Piaggio Vietnam, and partners in the world.
