Improved automatic battery dispersion and automatic stamping machines, changing from manual operation to machine manipulation, saving 3 workers and 252 million VND / year; initiatives to improve drilling machines, reducing from 3 people / 3 machines to 1 person / 3 machines, saving 268 million VND / year; innovative CNC machine innovation, reduced from 2 people / 2 machines to 1 person / 2 machines, saving 218 million VND / year; The initiative of automatic polishing machine is worth 211 million VND / year. Recently, Mr. Dinh and his colleagues have improved the grinding machine from manual to automatic control, reducing from 1 person / 1 machine to 1 person / 2 machines, contributing to increase labor productivity and income for workers.

In addition, Mr. Dinh also has many initiatives to improve the machining process, increase the productivity of machines, for example, the pre-lock support can be produced to 130 units / 7.5 hours, after improving 203 units / 7.5 hours; Innovative initiatives to improve packaging methods, gearshifts, gear levers help companies process their own production of wooden packaging trays and plastic sheets instead of having to import plastic trays from other companies from there saving transportation costs, waste treatment, etc.

With his passion for creativity, for many consecutive years, Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh was voted as a grassroots and district advanced worker; won the second and third prizes for the CNC turning profession in the contest of skilled mechanics held by the Hanoi Confederation of Labor in 2013 and 2017.
