Thanh Tuyen Brick: Affirming the brand thanks to the quality

Unbound brick factory on Thanh Tuyen Construction Co., Ltd. located in a Binh Khe commune, Dong Trieu Town, was started construction on September 17, 2016. Despite having not been in operation for a long time, Thanh Tuyen unburnt bricks and tiles factory is currently the biggest manufacturer of unburnt construction materials in Vietnam, Thanh Tuyen products and bricks are present in 40 provinces and cities nationwide exported to 10 countries in the world.

To meet the needs of the market, right from the start of construction, Thanh Tuyen Construction Co., Ltd. has imported modern machinery and equipment from Germany, Turkey, Japan and Taiwan to Vietnam later. It was assembled and transferred by Dong Hai Joint Stock Company. The production lines include: Cement brick production line; unbound tile production line and high-end Tezzarro brick production line.

In order to ensure product quality and at the same time achieve the goal of environmental protection, Thanh Tuyen Company takes advantage of wastes such as ash and slag to create products with high strength, soundproofing, and sound insulation heat, good waterproofing, reaching the art, cheaper, and can produce in large quantities. Currently the plant line operating at full capacity each year can handle 200,000 tons of ash slag from the Thermal Plant Mao Khe Electric.

With an output of over 60 million standard bricks / year, the application of the factory’s production line of unbound materials has saved over 200,000 m3 of clay and tens of tons of coal for production activities. The difference of the unburnt bricks of the Company compared to other types of unburnt bricks is that the products produced are soaked in a water tank (increasing maintenance) and then transferred to a steam cellar to 70^oC to make Increasing the hydration process of cement, this helps to improve product quality.

Thanh Tuyen unburnt bricks and tiles with safe and user-friendly input materials meet JIS A 5402: 2002 quality and quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015. With a system of machinery and technology imported from Japan and Europe, a team of young and highly qualified technicians; Diverse and unique materials, Thanh Tuyen’s products have brought consumers exquisite products to every detail.

Therefore, the Company’s construction bricks and tiles have gradually created a foothold in the market. To continue to meet the diverse needs of the market, in addition to traditional bricks and tiles, the Company will install additional production lines to produce new products from unbound materials. The production of unburnt bricks and tiles from the slag and fly ash of Thanh Tuyen Construction Co., Ltd. is absolutely necessary, both bringing economic benefits and ensuring environmental issues in Dong Trieu town and of Quang Ninh province.
