Thanh An Son La bricks renovate technology and improve production efficiency

Thanh An Son La Joint Stock Company was established in 2016 in Ban Chai 1, Huy Thuong commune, Phu Yen district, Son La province. After more than 3 years in operation, by investing in advanced production lines and equipment, creating quality and beautiful bricks and tiles with reasonable prices; The company increasingly asserts its position in the market.

The Company’s leaders have invested in a tunnel tunnel brick and tile production line with a value of more than VND 20 billion and a capacity of up to 40 million bricks and tiles per year. This production technology has many advantages, such as: Reducing electricity consumption, saving fuel, production costs; exhaust gas through chimney thanks to exhaust fan so it is not harmful to workers; not causing environmental pollution around the factory; operation mode continuously increases productivity, saves time of production process significantly; the products meet the standards of mechanical ratio, ensure high hardness, color fastness etc. The products meet national technical standards, construction materials goods QCVN16: 2014 / BXD and use the marking of conformity PQI.0248 is granted by Vietnam Quality Productivity Institute.

The company also upgraded and improved the brick transportation system from the factory (forklift, conveyor, excavator, truck and product storage etc) to save labor and increase labor productivity.

Besides investing in production technology, the Company also promotes the promotion, marketing and product introduction on the market; deploying many forms of sales, delivering products to the construction site; contracts with freight units, building materials suppliers to market products etc. The company’s products are being trusted by contractors to use for traffic, construction projects Irrigation, civil construction in Yen Bai province in particular and neighboring provinces in general.

Thanks to those changes, the Company’s revenue increased from VND 22 billion to 119 million (in 2017) to VND 25 billion at 694 million (in 2018). The average income of workers is from 4.5 to 6 million / person / month; from VND 7 – 13 million / person / month for the production management team.

In early 2019, the Company invested in a technological line to produce roof tiles from baked clay, worth nearly 2 billion VND. With the motto of continuing to improve product quality, investing in modern production technology, and expanding the product consumption market nationwide, Thanh An Son La Joint Stock Company strives for 2019 revenue over 27 billion dong; employee income increased by 10-15% or more.
