Thai Nguyen Industrial Promotion: The effectiveness of projects supporting investment in machinery and equipment for businesses

In the framework of implementing the task of industrial promotion in 2018, the Center of Industrial Promotion and Industrial Development Consultant Thai Nguyen (Thai Nguyen Industrial Promotion) has created favorable conditions to support enterprises in the province to invest in equipment and modern technology for production. Thai Nguyen Industrial Promotion Center has implemented the project “Supporting the application of wood production and processing machinery and equipment” to the provincial business households and achieved many good results. With a total budget of VND 330 million, of which VND 100 million is supported by the Industrial Promotion Center, Ho Duong Ngoc Quang (Phu Binh district) has invested 01 CNC wood sculpture machine to process wood. Investing in CNC machines has helped Anh Quang’s households increase the productivity of large-scale wood products with high accuracy, improving working conditions for workers.

Similarly, Mai Anh Tuan household (Dinh Hoa district) was supported 100 million VND to invest in a CNC wood carving machine of nearly 210 million VND. As a result, the productivity of business households increases from 8 to 10 times, promoting the development of production and bringing high profits of tens of millions of dong each year.

The project “Supporting the system of machinery and equipment in mechanical production” was implemented by Thai Nguyen Industrial Promotion Center at Song Vu Minh The Co., Ltd. Accordingly, the Company is supported 100 million VND from the local industrial promotion fund in 2018 to invest in new purchase and installation of automatic aluminum and plastic cutting systems with a total budget of 200 million VND. After a period of application of machinery has helped increase labor productivity, businesses actively produce, products with good quality and no fault to meet customer needs better.

The project “Supporting the application of machinery and equipment in tea processing” was implemented at ORGAMA Company. With a total investment of nearly VND 304 million for machinery procurement, Thai Nguyen Industry Extension supported VND 153 million from local industrial promotion funds in 2018 to buy heat pump dryers to produce and process tea. After a period of time when the machine was put into operation, it showed that the drying time of the product was fast from 10-12 hours. As a result, the drying yield of tea products increases, saving time. In addition, drying by heat pump dryer also produces better quality products, better colors and flavors.
