If in the past, workers had to manually sharpen, in the cubes, the smallest details to create the product, now, with a CNC machine, workers just need to peel stones according to each appropriate mold and put into the machine. The CNC machine will shape the cube, create the workpiece, cut the basic details of the statue to produce raw products. From there, the worker will cool and chisel, elaborate to produce a complete product.

The advantages of this device help to free up the labor of the worker. Instead of sitting for hours to create the most complete raw product, machine time can help create multiple products with high accuracy. Productivity and work efficiency are increasing. Therefore, the price of finished products is also significantly reduced. Thanks to the operation of the machine, the company has gradually met many large orders, with high accuracy and uniformity. After investing in the machine, the company has finished 1 order with 2,000 Buddha statues and is completing 1 more.000 other statues exported to a partner in Korea. Previously, it took up to 2 days to complete a small Buddha statue. When putting CNC machines into operation, one day the Company can complete 32 statues with high accuracy. In the near future, the company will invest in a 12-head CNC stone sculpture machine, with a capacity of 3 times the current machine, focusing on small stone art products as souvenirs, serving local and domestic tourism. In addition, the Company also expanded cooperation with larger orders, creating regular jobs for employees.
