Sharing about her own initiative, Ms. Nga said that from her practical work, realizing that the materials being used have a wasteful, effective process that does not meet the requirements has prompted her to find a replacement change. “In the course of my work I realized besides the ingredients to be disposed of, cowhide paper also has recyclable ingredients like plastic and paper. Meticulously researching the stages, I found that instead of wasting on the separator and the decomposition machine as before, we can take advantage of selling recycled materials at a relatively high unit price. Although there are not many complications, but before, no one paid attention to this method”, said Ms. Nga.

The company organizes the emulation campaigns monthly, quarterly and annually. Especially, the timely rewarding activity, if the worker has the initiative, will be rewarded workers will be allowed to participate in presenting their ideas, the company will choose 3 innovative and creative ideas to the award. After each month’s operation, at the end of the year, the Board of Directors will synthesize to select the initiatives with the highest value and most meaning to submit to the Group.

Therefore, policies to promote workers to create are extremely necessary. Currently, each month the company has more than 3,000 initiatives submitted, there are typically individuals with nearly 20 initiatives a month. The initiative “Fixing the problem of K35 cracking in the lake WI-CW 889” by Mr. Vu Xuan Tung, (worker of TOTO Vietnam Co., Ltd.), benefits 2.9 billion VND / year.
