Previously, the cutting and milling of components at APH3G was done manually, so it was very time consuming. In addition, the quality of the product is also unstable because it is easy to encounter subjective errors due to machining operations or measurement.

Since using Tebis CAD/CAM software, the problem of high defect rate of APH3G has been solved. 3D milling strategies for roughing, finishing, and stocking with the assistance of Tebris CAD/CAM allow faster, but more precise, operations. A variety of collision avoidance solutions optimized for specific situations. For example, depending on the application, the tool automatically avoids collisions or reduces areas at risk. Combined with precision simulation technologies and harmonic slope-adjusted NC paths, optimum traverse paths are created for machine axes in 3D milling. The machining time is reduced to a minimum. Of course, functions for simultaneous 5-axis milling in the release direction and for milling 3 + 2 axes with positioned axes are also provided in Tebis.
