Seminar “Experience in Business Checkup system, software for strategy development and target control with BSC, KPIs & OKRs”

Implementing the scientific and technological research project of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Institute of Economics and International Trade – Foreign Trade University deploying the design of the enterprise health diagnostic system, the strategic construction software and target control – Products under the Mission “Building, supporting the application of enterprise health diagnostic tools and software, strategic planning, goal management and effective payroll, closing value Contribute based on BSC & KPI and 3Ps method for industry and trade enterprises ”.

Within the framework of this project, the Institute of Economics and International Trade, in collaboration with the Business Support Portal of Foreign Trade University, organized the seminar: “Experience of the Business Health System, software Building strategy and controlling goals with BSC, KPIs & OKRs”
