Royal Manufacture and Investment JSC applies the management systems and continuous do internal training

Royal Manufacture and Investment JSC is one of the two factories of ROYAL GROUP which is one of the biggest corporations in Vietnam for manufacturing ceramic tiles. The two large-scale production plants are located in Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province and My Xuan A Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

With the advantages of equipment and technology, Royal’s products always meet the criteria of quality, sophistication in design and environmental friendliness.

Obtaining certification on management system and standard conformity certification

The two companies of the group have both achieved the standard certification of ceramic tiles according to ISO 13006: 2018, until 2022; and certified as Conformity according to QCVN 16: 2017 / BXD, until 2022.

The two companies have also been applying ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system.

The Company continually trains and improves the qualifications of its employees

In 2017, the Company organized Kaizen classes in 2 phases, one for 3 days and the other for 2 days. Staff of the company have been trained in theory and cognitive development taught by Japanese experts; and instructed by Vietnamese senior experts. In addition to the knowledge for participants to understand the 7 wastes in production and the importance of improvement, how to use 7 tools for improvement. In January 2019, the Company to organized the 5S training classes. The course started with a speech of representatives of the Board of Directors with the commitment and determination and all employees and experts to implement 5S, in order to make the factory activities better and better. The support of the Board of Directors is a great motivation for employees to work together and strive to implement 5S effectively.
