Mr. Tam shared: “In the past, if you wanted to export cement to the car, there were 6-7 people working together to drive, lift and load manually, so it is labor-intensive, time consuming but productivity is still not high.”

But after applying the conveyor, the cement export requires only 2 workers, 1 worker in charge of the conveyor equipment and 1 worker to arrange the cement, from the results achieved has helped the company save money. Labor costs as well as increasing labor productivity 4-5 times, the efficiency has benefited the company hundreds of million VND per year.

To have these initiatives applied in practice with high efficiency today, it is a process of exploration and research by Mr. Ngo Minh Tam and his colleagues and as he shares: “To have current achievements in the process of implementing technical initiatives, both working and learning from experience. When the initiative is completed, it must be tried and re-tested many times both from outside and when put into practical use, when it is effective, the new initiative will really get good results. Although I have many difficulties in implementing the initiative, but I find it necessary to be determined to do it. Fortunately, my initiatives so far have been used effectively in the company.”

Summarizing the end of the past 2019 cement production output has exceeded the plan. Mr. Ngo Minh Tam himself is a grassroots emulator in 2016, 2017, 2018, an advanced employee of the company from 2017 to now, in addition, he has been rewarded with unexpected two times by the board of directors.
