Mr. Luu Thanh Tan Dung – Deputy Director of Hao Hung Company Limited – said, recruited into the company to work since 2016, is a enthusiastic and responsible worker for the job, up to now Mr. Pham Van Nhi has has been recognized as Deputy Manager of Mechanical Workshop. As for worker Nguyen Van Hoa, he started working in the company since 2010. After a period of working, with a lot of contributions, he was assigned to be the Team leader of Mechanical Engineering and is currently a foreman. . In the process of operating machinery, realizing that the equipment was rudimentary, requiring a lot of manpower and consuming raw materials, prompted Mr. Hoa to think to overcome the problem. Anh Hoa and Nhi have boldly improved the macadam table system to help save materials. Innovative research initiatives create faster chip production conveyor system and reduce fuel consumption, improve barking machine to reduce labor. Their initiative has reduced from 15 employees to 5 people for the barking process, down from 4 to 2 motorized vehicles for production.
