Program of experts to improve volunteer production

1. Purpose

Support businesses to improve the capacity and efficiency of the production line in order to respond faster and better to domestic and export demands for products to prevent and combat SARS-COV-2.

2) Team of volunteers

Field improvement consultants produce extensive experience in advising and coaching businesses to improve capacity and performance.

(P&Q Solutions can currently recruit 04 volunteers from the north and 02 volunteers from the south).

3) Object support

Enterprises participating in the production chain of SARS-COV-2 prevention and control products in the country and for export are limiting their capacity to meet the order volume.

4) Target support

• Improve the capacity and efficiency of production lines by over 10%
• Duration of support is from 01 to 02 weeks / enterprise
• Do not cause disruption of production and limit the use of enterprise resources.

5) Time

• Duration: maximum of 02 weeks / enterprise, in April 2020
• Number of experts: 01 – 03 experts / business, depending on the current situation and improvement content.
• Working time of volunteer experts: Full time in the week of assignment

6) Implementation sequence

• Assign a focal point to work with a team of volunteer experts
• Surveying the current situation, determining bottlenecks
• Cause analysis & limitations
• Development & testing of improvement policies
• Track, evaluate results & end.

7) Other notes

• This is a voluntary activity, free of charge. Volunteers travel is responsible by P&Q Solutions.
• Volunteers commit to complying with epidemic prevention regulations and information security requirements during the program’s participation.
