Tasa Ceramic Tiles JSC was established in 2013, operating in the main field is the production of tiles. With a total investment of nearly VND 2,000 billion, the company currently has 08 production lines, capacity reaching 26 million m² of products per year.

Mr. Hoang Trong Thuy, currently working at KCS factory is considered as the typical “initiative tree” of the company for this movement. His initiatives have contributed to bring many practical values, with the scale up to billions.

Currently, Tasa is producing tiles of various sizes. However, the automatic packaging line of brick products of the factory can only close 2 types of brick size 500x500cm and 600x600cm. If packing products that do not follow the default size above, the Company must invest in new packaging lines at an estimated cost of up to billions.

Starting as a worker, then as Deputy Manager of KCS factory, Mr. Thuy is always researching the stages of operation and production of Caremic bricks, to be able to make initiatives, technical improvements, to improve productivity, product quality, cost savings in production.

With his experience and apples, Mr. Thuy has come up with the idea of “Improving the packaging line”, which can meet many different sizes of products. After just over 1 month of testing, the line operates steadily, the packaging is no longer limited by the size of each product. In recent years alone, Mr. Thuy has contributed to the Company 12 technical innovations, recognized by the Company with a profit value of more than VND 5 billion.

With his dedication and contributions to the development of the company, for 2 consecutive years (2018-2019) Mr. Thuy was honored to be awarded the Certificate of Creative Labor by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, awarded the title of “Good Young Worker nationwide” by the Central Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City and the Certificate of Merit by Phu Tho Province”.
