Viet Duc Steel products are manufactured according to domestic and international standards such as: Vietnam Standards (TCVN); Japanese standard (JISG 3112); American standards (ASTM) and standards of advanced countries in the world to meet customer requirements and ready to meet the integration process. Therefore, VG PIPE has affirmed the fourth position of the largest domestic steel pipe manufacturing and consuming enterprise in Vietnam, the proportion of export to Europe market is over 50%.
Typically in the steel industry, Hoa Phat Group cannot be ignored. Currently, its factories are controlled under the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system. In all stages of the steel production chain under the closed blast furnace technology, they are under strict quality control from input materials until the output products continue to undergo a rigorous process again before lauching to the market. Especially, Hoa Phat Steel’s export products have met international quality standards such as JIS GS3505: 2004, JIS G3112: 2010 (Japan), BS 4449: 2005 (United Kingdom), ASTM A615 (United States).
Not outside the technological race, Tan A Dai Thanh has bravely invested in Southeast Asia’s largest water heater factory with a capacity of 2 million products / year in Ha Nam under the model of smart factory with precision automation line with the application of 4.0 technology, the same system of machines and modern technology imported from Italy and G7 countries. Tan A Dai Thanh is one of the few enterprises to apply modern science and technology in production, especially with a large-scale factory in Southeast Asia. In 2019, Tan A Dai Thanh Company is also one of four Vietnamese enterprises that won the Asia-Pacific Quality Awards GPEA.
Steel industry companies have made great efforts in technological innovation, improving productivity and product quality in order to target the international market and improve their competitive position.
