Phan Ngoc Anh Building Materials Company is a tunnel brick manufacturing enterprise established in 2001, with 3 facilities in 3 communes Duy Chau, Duy Hoa, Duy Thu in Duy Xuyen, Quang Nam, with a total area of ​​15 hectares. In the early years of establishment, the company invested in 7 modern lines in 3 facilities to create a capacity of 60 million bricks / year.

In 2015, the company shipped more than 97 million members, turnover 76.2 billion, paid to the state budget 7.62 billion, resolved 500 employees. The total capacity of the company reaches 150 million bricks / year, accounting for 1/3 of the annual output of bricks and tiles of the province.

In 2017 is the year the company focuses on investing in completing upgrading factories as well as changing production technology lines. In particular, at the beginning of 2019, Phan Ngoc Anh Company boldly pioneered the pilot of bringing robots into the loading and unloading stage at a Duy Chau facility with the aim of reducing the number of workers while improving working efficiency in order to timely meet market demand.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, the worker in charge of the loading and unloading team shared: If in the past, there were a lot of workers working in the loading and unloading of bricks, 2 shifts per day, each shift had 2 teams up to 20 person / shift. But after applying support from the brick handling robot, with each picking and stacking 140 bricks, it reduced the number of workers by more than 20 people. Not to mention thanks to pre-programmed memory for the software and the operating room. Tiles are tighter, solid and sharp, not distorted and deformed.

After the Duy Chau facility, the company is continuing to invest in the system in Duy Hoa, and Duy Thu. It is estimated that, in order to invest in improvements in all 3 facilities, the company needs to pay a fee of VND 30 billion, it is expected that this change will help the company reduce at least 150 workers, thereby reducing production costs.
