Opening the training course “Improving the production scene – Gemba Kaizen” in September 2019, the training course “Improving the production site – Gemba Kaizen” will be held in Ho Chi Minh City under the project “Training and consulting on lean lean production management methods at enterprises” industry “of Department of Science and Technology – Ministry of Industry and Trade.

According to the organizers, the industry enterprises now only 10% to 15% of production activities are adding value to meet customer requirements. Waste accounts for 30% to 80% of the employees’ operations, the percentage of employees wasting varies from 20% to 40%. Overall equipment efficiency in many factories is only 45% to 60%.

To help field managers improve their production management capacity and improve methods to support workers to work in safer, happier and more excited environments at work, P&Q Solitions are carrying out the training program “Improving the production scene – Gemba Kaizen”. The program will provide Plant Managers with Field Managers with concepts, principles and practices for waste identification and improvement of the Plant Site for the goal of increasing productivity by 20% compared to the current situation. and create a better working environment.

– Interested businesses will be free of charge for 01 day of survey, detailed evaluation and proposed improvement plan / solution at the enterprise’s facility. 20 suitable businesses will be selected to participate in the budget support program from the Department of Science and Technology for consulting, guiding the application of lean on-site Lean with the goal of improving productivity and quality.

– Tuition: 2,000,000 / person (70% reduction compared to the standard tuition of 6 million / person) for businesses in the fields of Mechanical, Plastics, Packaging, Textile, Footwear, Steel, Energy , Chemistry.

For businesses / individuals not belonging to the 8 priority sectors, the fee is 4,000,000 VND / person (30% reduction compared to the standard tuition of 6 million VND / person). (Including documents, certificates, invoices, Teabreak, lunch).
