Opening of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training course

The national program of quality productivity implemented since 2008 aims to guide and support enterprises in applying management systems, models, innovative tools… through which to promote businesses improving quality, productivity and competitiveness.

Applying management systems, models or productivity improvement tools depends heavily on the level and professionalism of the team of specialists in productivity and quality. However, many businesses are not fully aware of the role of this human resource as they are important nuclei in implementing innovative projects at enterprises, leading to the reality of expert team of productivity in Vietnam is still lacking and qualifications are not high.

So in order to develop a team of qualified and qualified professionals with knowledge and skills, the training must definitely be focused and invested to support businesses in upcoming improvement projects. In particular, Lean Six Sigma expert training at all levels is one of the training programs implemented regularly by many consulting organizations and units.

As one of the leaders in quality productivity consultancy, the Vietnam Institute of Productivity has organized many Lean Six Sigma expert training programs for gold belts, green belts, black belts for officials from many businesses across the country. In addition to the theory, the students are also able to improve their practical application at the enterprise with the courses designed for the time to discuss, practice up to 50% of the study time. The courses always attract a large number of students who partly demonstrate the success of the program as well as the interest of the improvement activities of many businesses.

Implementing a program to support industry enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam Institute of Productivity organized a training course “Lean Six Sigma Black Expert” – a factor considered as the core of Lean Six Sigma program . The training course is designed to combine theory with 40% of the time to practice improvement advice at 01 point enterprise to help students grasp and apply advanced methods and skills to implement Lean 6 Sigma project; be able to effectively implement problems identification, measurement, analysis and implementation of solutions, evaluate the effectiveness of improvement projects in areas managed by students and businesses selected by VNPI. Students who successfully complete the course requirements can become experts at the enterprise improvement or develop into professional consultants for quality improvement.

– Time: July 24, 2019 – September 21, 2019

– Location: No. 8, Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay, Hanoi

– Funding: VND 15,000,000 / student (including 5% VAT, lunch, practice expenses and other organizational expenses). Participation fee has been partly supported by the State in the cost of classrooms, materials, refreshments…

– Preferential policy: Organizations / businesses with 02 delegates registered or participated in Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt training course of Vietnam Productivity Institute and registered before July 10, 2019 will be reduced by 50 % of tuition (for enterprises of industry and trade), 20% of tuition (for enterprises not belonging to industry and trade).

Enterprises in Hanoi or neighboring provinces of Hanoi in the industry and trade registered as practice points of LSS black belt will be assigned 1 staff to attend (free of charge).
