Cong Tien Industrial Engineering Co., Ltd. is one of the typical units registered to participate in the program “Support for pilot application of the occupational health and safety management system OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 for industrial enterprises” funded by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2018-2019 and directly consulted by Asia Business Development and Management Consulting Company Limited (AHEAD).

Thanks to the focus on safety assurance and fire prevention, the Company’s employees can work in a safe environment, make a positive contribution to the continuous development of production and business activities of the Company.

With 450 official staff and employees working in many works and factories across the central and southern provinces, the environment is often in contact with equipment and machinery with many dangerous factors. Working in limited space, with great noise, dust, even exposure to hazardous chemicals, etc, It is essential to identify all the safety and health hazards for the workers.

Under the consultation of AHEAD experts, the Board of Directors of Cong Tien Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. has researched and made many important improvements in the current OH&S system such as collective labor agreements, internal regulations. labor as well as the Company’s inspection and supervision regime. Along with that, every month, the Safety Department inspects and scores the implementation of safety work at factories and project works, including wearing labor protection, compliance with safety rules, procedures, procedures, production electrical systems, fire tools, hazardous work positions, etc. From there, promptly remind and rectify the shortcomings of workers, managers for safe work, safe production, etc.

In addition to the propaganda, inspection and supervision of safety work, Cong Tien Industrial Engineering Co., Ltd. also specifies the forms of handling violations of employees when they do not comply. Along with that, every year, the Company organizes nearly 100 safety and hygiene for students, nearly 150 people in the permanent fire prevention and fighting force and all employees learn about occupational safety content, industrial hygiene and fire prevention, etc.

In the first quarter of each year, the Company distributes protective clothing, specialized shoes, hard plastic hats, boots, gloves and masks to technical workers. Depending on the working position, workers are retrofitted.
