Notice of commendation in the process of implementing the project “Improving productivity and quality of industrial products and goods”

In order to honor and recognize the contributions of collectives and individuals in the implementation of the project “Improving productivity and quality of industrial products and goods” (hereinafter referred to as Project) by the Ministry Industry and Trade takes the lead in implementation, within the framework of the project summary activities for the period 2012 – 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Trade commends collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the implementation of the Project by review and awarding Certificates of Merit of the Minister of Industry and Trade in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on commendation of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the implementation of the Project issued together with Decision No. 3084 / QD-BCT dated November 26, 2020 of the Minister of Industry and Trade.

Collectives and individuals applying for award consideration must prepare 10 sets of dossiers (including 01 original) proposing the commendation (with seal), on the outer cover clearly write “Dossier proposing for commendation for implementing the Advanced Project. high productivity and quality of industrial products ”and send to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Department of Science and Technology), Address: 54 Hai Ba Trung – Hoan Kiem – Hanoi.

The commendation is considered as follows:

1. a) The commendation and reward consideration is done through the Commendation and Reward Council established by the Minister of Industry and Trade, consisting of members who are scientists, managers in the field of productivity and quality and other fields.
2. b) The Bonus Review Council works according to the collective regime. Council members evaluate the reward proposal according to regulations; make an evaluation record; conduct voting and vote counting minutes. A Council’s decision is valid when it is agreed by at least two-thirds of its members.
3. c) Based on the results of the Rewarding Council, the Department of Science and Technology shall coordinate with the Office of the Ministry to compile a list of collectives and individuals reaching various forms of commendation and submit to the Minister of Industry and Trade for consideration and decide.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade informs and requests interested organizations and individuals to develop achievement reports in the process of participating in the project implementation in the form, and at the same time send them to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Department of Science and Technology) before December 16, 2020, for the Ministry of Industry and Trade to consider and decide.
