Thanks to Lean application, the system productivity of Nha Be Garment Corporation – JSC has increased by more than 20%, reduced working hours 1 hour / day for workers, reduced inventory from 30 products to 3 products. Error decreased from 20% to less than 3%, employee income increased from 10-15%.

If before each garment product had one person in charge of fabric cutting, now applying Lean there is only one person in charge of this for product groups. While the ordinary sewing line is always busy, but with low efficiency, the Lean-applied sewing line significantly eliminates waste, helping businesses save costs, increase productivity, reduce working hours, and increase income for employees, thereby improving the competitiveness of businesses in the market.

To reap high efficiency from Lean, the first important factor is that the leader must be determined and drastically implemented.
