Ngu Long Production and Trading Co., Ltd in Xuan Lam Industrial Zone (Thuan Thanh) is an enterprise specializing in producing primary plastic beads, packages, plastic bags from many materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PP; The company’s products are diverse in size and thickness to serve different types of product packages, liner packages, etc.

In 2018, the Company invested over VND 30 billion to renovate 2 production workshops and procure and use some more modern machines to support the production process to increase productivity and improve product quality. With 02 spinning machines, 120 six-shuttle looms, 02 9-color and 12-color printers, 01 large-format machine with automatic sewing system, PP woven bag production capacity can supply with millions of bags/month.

Along with dozens of thin film blowing machines LDPE, PE, HDPE, etc size 3.5cm – 1.2m, PP thin films from 3.5cm-80cm Ngu Long fully meet customer requirements.

In the past year, the Company has exploited more than 50% of the capacity of the machines, the turnover reached more than 60 billion VND, creating stable jobs for more than 100 employees with an average income of more than 8 million VND/person/month, up 11% over the same period in 2017. In 2019, the Company continues to aim to exploit 80% of machine capacity, increase revenue by more than 30%, aiming to create stable jobs for 140 employees with The income is higher than the previous year.
