Ngoc Diep Aluminum invests in a 4.0 technology applied paint spraying line

Facing difficulties in the current situation, traditional aluminum products are no longer competitive enough in the domestic market, the pressure from China on domestic aluminum products is increasing. Investment in modernizing production lines is an inevitable direction of businesses to increase competitiveness of products, so recently, Diep Ngoc has built a large-scale Dinostar factory with production lines self-contained, highly automated.

The system includes equipment such as paint booths, spray guns, automatic spraying robots, central powder collection system, powder recovery system, etc. System capacity up to over 3,000 tons / month.

This powder coating line is designed and imported from Wagner – Germany, applying 4.0 synchronous modern technologies. Notably, the system is connected and automation is flexible, helping a lot of factory managers. A central server system – The central server will have specific information about product quality, spray paint thickness, level of consumption in the production or stability of machinery when operating, etc. This technology when put into use will increase the production line of paint by 40% compared to the old technology.

At the factory also incorporates an infrared light system inside the paint line to increase the quality and stability of the paint surface of the product. This is considered a turning point in aluminum paint technology in the domestic market, domestic aluminum products will gradually meet most of the increasingly demanding needs of consumers.

The system has the connection of artificial intelligence technology (AI) so information in production will be constantly updated and stored on data systems. This is important information for the research and development of new product lines, which are more preeminent, production processes in accordance with the needs, techniques, quality and price of products that are more competitive market.
